Overview Our client is a privately owned Construction Consultancy with 7 offices throughout the UK. They have an extensive and varied list of clients and are passionate about the services they deliver, committed to delivering the highest level of service, value, and innovation to their clients. They are looking for an Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their established and rapidly growing team in Milton Keynes. Responsibilities
Manage and run your own projects, working as part of a team on complex and fast-paced projects within the retail, residential, and commercial sectors. Take on an Account Management role for one of their key clients as a Senior member of the team. Mentor and develop more junior members of the team with support from the current Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications and Experience
Current Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor. Experience gained within a consultancy or client-side position.
