The team includes a Director specialising in structural surveying, and we’re now looking to bring in a counterpart to lead and grow the design and project delivery side of the business.

The RoleYou’ll have the autonomy to shape your role, influence strategy, and contribute directly to the success of the business. Day-to-day you will be doing the following:

  • Leading the delivery of structural design projects across a range of sectors
  • Building and mentoring your own team of engineers and technicians
  • Developing new and existing client relationships
  • Driving business growth through your own network and contacts
  • Working closely with the surveying director to offer a full-service structural consultancy

    • What We’re Looking For
  • Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) - this is not essential, but is highly desirable
  • Strong technical background in building structures design
  • Proven experience in project delivery and client management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a team and business
  • Existing client relationships or contacts are a strong advantage
