We are seeking an Associate Director with a Civils background to join our client's team on the in their London office on a permanent basis.

Our client is an industry leader within the Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK, Europe and America.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical input and delivery across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations Drive technical quality and innovation across all stages of project execution Manage resources, budgets, and client relationships effectively Support strategic planning and business development efforts Mentor teams and promote technical growth within the engineering group Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth and directionRequirements:
