TPL is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify an Associate Director for the Manchester offices. This is a great opportunity to join an established firm independent firm advising an array of clients on their property portfolios.Responsibilities Will IncludeLead the delivery of complex restructuring and valuation assignments across various commercial property types.Acting as Case Manager on LPA Receivership cases, undertaking due diligence and developing strategic options for value recovery.Advising on disposal strategies, including lease re-gears, planning opportunities, and capital expenditure initiatives.Working closely with clients and external stakeholders (including solicitors, agents, planners, and insurers) to manage projects and deliver results.Supporting business development activities, including client engagement, fee proposals, and tender submissions.To Be Considered You WillBe MRICS qualified with a degree or equivalent in a related field.Preferably have experience in restructuring, LPA Receivership and Asset Management.Have a good understanding of commercial and some residential markets.Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.Experienced in using Microsoft Office and property/job management systems.Hold a full UK driving licence required.This is a great opportunity for a motivated Chartered Surveyor to join an established property consultancy working a variety of cases across asset classes.Please send your CV to info@tptalentsolutions or contact the office on 0161 553 0499 for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
