Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director located in the United Kingdom. The Associate Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic advisory services, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and leading project teams. The role involves advising clients on political, regulatory, and policy issues, and providing insights to help clients adapt to or influence changes. The Associate Director will also contribute to business development and engage in thought leadership activities.
Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management and strategic advisory services
Proven skills in research and analysis, particularly in political and regulatory landscapes
Strong project management and leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop evidence-based campaigns and engage in policy debates
Knowledge of public policy and regulatory affairs
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience in the public or private sectors is beneficial
Advanced degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
