Based in their Central London office, you'll work directly with a market-leading specialist as part of a dynamic Development Consultancy team. The team specialises in a range of areas within the sector, advising landowners, commercial developers/investors, local authorities and banks on some of London’s most significant projects at every stage of the development cycle.

• Financial Modelling and Reporting
• Client Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
• Market and Sector Research
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation
• Collaboration with Other Teams
• Financial Structuring and Funding Strategy
• Regulatory Compliance and Policy Analysis
• Business Development and Market Positioning
• Team Leadership and Mentoring

Remuneration + Benefits:

• £50,000 - £75,000 (DOE) + Car allowance
