Associate Director – Mixed Use Residential📍 Oxford Circus £70,000 – £80,000 + benefitsA leading property management business is seeking an experienced Associate Director to take a senior leadership role within its Mixed Use Residential division.This is a strategic, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational oversight with leadership and team development. You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction across a varied and complex portfolio.The RoleAs Associate Director, you’ll lead and support a team of property managers and support staff, overseeing day-to-day operations while contributing to longer-term departmental strategy.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching, and developing property management teamsOverseeing departmental workflow, compliance, and reportingActing as a senior escalation point for complex property, client, and resident issuesMonitoring KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent deliverySupporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the businessThis position does not carry a direct property portfolio — the focus is on leadership, quality assurance, and operational performance.About YouYou’ll be an accomplished property management professional with proven leadership experience and the confidence to influence and motivate teams at all levels.Key skills & experience:Senior management experience in residential or mixed-use property managementStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of leasehold management, compliance, and client reportingCommercial awareness, including budgeting and income trackingProficiency with Qube, Dwellant, and Microsoft 365IRPM or RICS qualification (or working towards) preferredThe OfferSalary: £70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)Location: Oxford CircusWorking pattern: Hybrid – Monday and Wednesday in the office, other days remote or on site as requiredBenefits: Competitive package with professional development support
