This firm brings together specialist planning lawyers, consultants, and advocates to deliver commercially focused advice across residential, commercial, care, retail, and leisure projects.

What You’ll Do

Advise on development potential, portfolio reviews, and appraisals.

Prepare and submit planning applications, listed building consents, and enforcement notices.
*
Provide strategic land advice, promote sites through local plans, and attend Examinations in Public.
*
Lead public consultation and stakeholder engagement.
*
Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering planning applications and EIAs.
*
Handle planning appeals, act as expert witness, and represent clients at inquiries and hearings.
*
Deliver retail/leisure impact assessments and sequential analyses.
*
Advise on CIL mitigation strategies and viability issues.
