Associate Director – Hays Enterprise Solutions
Location – London or Leeds
This role can be based in London or Leeds and will require you to be on site 3 days a week and will benefit from our hybrid working arrangements.

Your Role
Associate Director, responsible for service delivery across a total talent management solution, encompassing RPO, MSP, Employer Brand, Insights and Assessment. Working closely with the Client Services Director, you will take a strategic approach to shape and evolve the service, providing expert advice on resource, requirements, future skills and workforce planning across internal, external and contingent talent.
Key deliverables
- Establish and develop key relationships in line with the Client’s business/talent strategy and contract framework
- Deliver operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery of contractual SLAs
- Lead a team of Resourcing Business Partners, managing individual and team performance effectively by clearly communicating expectations, regularly monitoring business plans and KPIs, conducting performance appraisals and rewarding and recognising employees
- Ensure self and team are embedded in the client’s business, working as key members of HR
- Build and maintain an effective partnership with the Client and continually develop account initiatives
- Undertake regular business planning to analyse the team’s strengths, growth opportunities and threats
- Record and report on activity and performance at regular management meetings ensuring Ensure compliance to service agreements, the contract, bespoke requirements and all legislative requirements, IR35 and AWR by example.
- that all SLA and key performance indicator (KPI) targets are met as per the account contract.
