This is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and commercial acumen looking to take the next step in their career.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completionOversee the technical quality of Electrical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specificationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionManage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planningMentor and support junior engineers, driving team performance, professional development, and a positive working cultureContribute to business development, including writing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunitiesCollaborate with Directors on strategic planning, operational improvement, and long-term business goalsChampion innovation and sustainability within project deliveryThis is a rare and exciting leadership opportunity with strong financial rewards and long-term growth potential.📩 Interested?
