With a clear growth strategy in place, the consultancy is now seeking an Associate Director to play a pivotal role in the leadership and continued development of its Manchester office. The Role

• Leading the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure commissions
• Managing and developing senior client relationships
• Line management, mentoring, and development of project teams
• Playing a key role in business development and work-winning
• Supporting the strategic growth and direction of the Manchester office

Key Requirements

• Extensive Quantity Surveyor experience within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Sector background in water, rail, highways, or general civils will be considered
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
• Confident operating at Associate Director / leadership level
