We're working with a forward-thinking consultancy who are looking for an MRICS-qualified QS at Associate Director or Director level to join their Bristol team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior professional to play a key role in establishing and leading a new QS offering in the region. You'll have the autonomy to grow the team, develop new business, and take the lead on delivering high-quality private-sector projects, while working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and direction.
Responsibilities:
Leading projects within the private and public sectors and acting as a senior client contact.
Driving networking and business development to grow the regional client base.
Supporting business growth targets and contributing to profitability.
Building, mentoring, and developing a growing QS team.
Working closely with senior management to shape the future of the business in the South West.
Requirements:
MRICS qualified.
Proven track record in consultancy and private-sector project delivery.
Established local market knowledge and professional network within Bristol/South West.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Leadership qualities - capable of mentoring and building a team.
Prior experience at Associate Director or Director level.
Ambitious and eager to play a senior role in a growing team.
Commercially astute and confident taking responsibility for workload and strategy.
On offer:
£80,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
28 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off.
