Oculus Legal Group is proud to be partnering with a well-established, highly respected Scottish law firm that is actively expanding its Commercial Property offering. Off the back of three consecutive years of significant growth, the firm is now seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate or Legal Director level, with a clear and accelerated path to Partnership.

The Role

This is a genuinely varied and high-quality position where you'll:

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial real estate transactions from day one.
• Advise a longstanding and loyal client base on sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development matters.
• Work closely with a high-performing property team and cross-practice colleagues to further enhance the firm’s profile in the sector.
• Be supported in building your own client relationships while inheriting an existing portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE, ambitious, commercially minded, and looking for a platform where you can:
