Associate Director – Insight & Strategy

The business has grown consistently and continues to win awards for both their work and their culture. They’re now looking for an Associate Director to join the team (Open to Senior Research Manager), leading high-profile projects and playing a key role in shaping client strategy.

The role

As an Associate Director, you’ll:

• Lead end-to-end Quant or mixed methodology projects (ad hoc focused) across multiple sectors, with a focus on FMCG/retail.
• Lead and collaborate with the data scientists on advanced Quantitative methodologies such as Segmentation, Conjoint analysis, Max diff etc
• Translate data into strategic, story-driven outputs that influence senior stakeholders.
• Play a key role in growing accounts through proposals, pitches and client relationship management.
• Pending Qual exp - Confidently moderate qualitative sessions and guide quantitative analysis & data visualisation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them progress and thrive.
