Acting as RI across a diverse portfolio of audits Providing high-level technical expertise and maintaining compliance with professional standards Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser at board level Leading, mentoring, and developing audit managers and seniors to achieve their potential Supporting firm growth through networking, client development, and leadership input What Were Looking For

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification audit leadership experience Current or working towards RI status essential A proven leader who can inspire teams and drive best practice in audit quality Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support client growth and identify new opportunities Excellent communication skills with credibility at board level The Package

Salary: £90,000£120,000+ depending on experience Profit share and performance bonus potential Generous holiday allowance and enhanced pension scheme Hybrid working after probation Clear path to Partner level for the right individual
