This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer to join a fast-growing, and fast-paced digital marketing agency.This is a client-facing, front-line management role suited to someone with a strong passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, driven to succeed, and constantly curious—always looking to challenge the status quo in pursuit of operational efficiency and client value. They should be comfortable offering bold and confident recommendations, demonstrating leadership grounded in both creative insight and analytical expertise.The role involves working across Paid Search and Paid Social, including the planning, creation, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other biddable media channels.Key Responsibilities:Lead performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (eCommerce and B2B).Own paid media campaigns end-to-end: research, planning, trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting, budget management, and reporting.Drive strong results against client KPIs—purchases, leads, ROAS, and more.Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Deliver clear, data-driven client communication and analysis.Develop strategic account roadmaps aligned to client goals.Collaborate with team leads on strategy and performance planning.Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and ensuring quality delivery.Stay up to date with platform changes, beta features, and industry trends to test and apply new opportunities.5+ years' hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Shopping campaigns—ideally in an agency setting.Proven ability to lead client accounts and coach team members.Strong performance marketing background, with a track record of exceeding KPIs.Confident in data analysis, reporting, and simplifying insights for clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.Proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4; experience with CRMs and first-party data is a plus.Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and app tracking tools (e.g. Branch, AppsFlyer, Firebase), alongside experience in advanced lead scoring tactics.
