As a Board Member you will provide effective leadership, strategic direction, and governance to help ensure the organisation continues to deliver high-quality housing and community support services. Working closely with the Executive Team, the Board Member will apply sound judgement, uphold strong governance standards, and contribute to sustainable growth that benefits local communities. Guide organisational direction and priorities in collaboration with the Executive Team Ensure Strong Governance:
Promote transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making Oversee Risk Management:
Support the management of operational and financial risks in line with regulatory standards Champion Good Practice:
Encourage compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks Review Performance:
Monitor organisational performance and contribute to improvement plans Engage With Stakeholders:
Represent the organisations interests within the local community and partner networks Support Development Projects:
Contribute expertise in property development, regeneration, and investment Promote Health and Safety:
