A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished leader to take the reins of a £9m income branch of a prestigious insurance broker based in the South Yorkshire region.

We’re seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Branch Director to lead a team of 65 people, overseeing all operational, financial, and people-related aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership for a £9m income branch
• Provide inspirational leadership across a team of 65, driving performance, engagement, and growth
• Collaborate closely with your fellow Senior Leadership Team to influence broader strategy and contribute to regional objectives
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and delivery of outstanding client service
• Identify growth opportunities and lead business development efforts in line with strategic goals

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrable P&L ownership
