Our client is a rapidly expanding global investment firm with audited performance and high‑yield, fixed‑income and alternative investment products. They serve high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and professional investors.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a high‑impact individual contributor role offering autonomy, substantial earning potential and the opportunity to influence strategic growth. The successful candidate will focus on capital raising for fixed‑income and structured investment products, leveraging existing investor relationships to generate immediate results. As the business scales, there will be scope to build and lead a small business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new investment into fixed‑income bonds, securities, and bespoke investment products.
- Build and manage long‑term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and professional investors.
- Leverage existing investor book to attract new capital and expand the firm’s investor base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market trends.
- Manage and expand a network of introducers and business development managers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of commercial growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience raising capital within alternative investments, fixed income, or structured products.
- Strong and active network of investors (HNWIs, family offices, professional investors).
- Entrepreneurial “hunter” mindset – proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
- Background in non‑retail investment products (non‑FCA‑regulated environments welcome).
- Confident communicator with credibility among sophisticated investors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
