About the role;
As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and delivering new customer wins within the middle and upper segments of the SME market. You must have a proven background in developing business within Microsoft Azure solutions on behalf of a Managed Services Provider. This is a home-based role with some travel required.

Key responsibilities include:
- Seeking new business opportunities focusing on Microsoft Azure within set guidelines and timelines
- Achieving targets consistently
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Accurate CRM activity recording
- Researching market sectors to identify potential clients
- Forecasting sales accurately
- Demonstrating TSG’s products and differentiating our offerings
- Positioning solutions to clients using value-based and consultative sales approaches
- Negotiating pricing and contractual terms
- Tracking progress against targets and adjusting efforts as needed
- Ensuring professional handover to Account Management
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills
- Maintaining a professional image
- Completing sales documentation and adhering to processes
- Utilizing resources collaboratively
- Developing leads through cold calling when necessary
- Engaging in practical sales planning including GAP recovery and 30/60/90-day plans
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Extensive business development experience

- Proven success selling Microsoft Azure solutions
