Job Description
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Biotech sectorWorking with API drug substance development teams to provide technical solutions to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project delivery.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the organisation.Monitor and report on business development performance and progress.The Successful Applicant
A successful Director/Senior Director of Business Development should have:
Previous knolwedge of API Development, Drug substance, Small Moledule CDMOIdeally strong knowledge of CDMRO environment.Delivers results through driving cross functional teams - technical, legal, salesTrack record of selling and then winning new businesWell networked across Biotec sectorProven ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving targets.What's on Offer
