The Opportunity
As Business Development Director for Europe, you will drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships focusing on key verticals.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans across a defined vertical/territory, aligned to ACV targets.
Identify and close new business opportunities within both existing and new target logos.
Build strong executive-level relationships with asset managers, portfolio owners, REITs, and other key decision-makers.
Lead and execute value-based sales engagements , focusing on customer outcomes and operational sustainability.
Navigate and support contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring .
Tailor client-specific proposals, presentations, and business cases aligned to regional business drivers.
Collaborate closely with global EP&T teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced business development leader with a strong footprint across the UK and/or Europes property industry, especially in commercial real estate, PropTech, or sustainability-driven services.
Key Attributes:
7+ years in senior business development or sales roles within commercial real estate, facilities management, or PropTech .
Deep industry network and reputation across UK/Europe real estate circles.
Ability to execute value-based selling
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and ability to close deals.
Knowledge of property operations, energy management, or building services (HVAC, BMS) is a nice to have, but not essential.
