KeyResponsibilities: Developandexecutesalesstrategiestodrivenewclientacquisitionandrevenuegrowth. Managethefullbusinessdevelopmentprocessfromprospectingandpitchingtoclosing. TheBusinessDevelopmentDirectorwillpresenttoandengagewithC-Suite,FM,HRandRealEstateleaders. Workcross-functionallytoensureseamlessdeliveryofsolutionstoclients. Generateandqualifynewopportunitiesthroughdirectoutboundprospectingandchannelpartners. Prepareanddeliverproposals,RFPresponsesandpresentations.
KeySkills/Experience: TheBusinessDevelopmentDirectorwillhaveastrongbackgroundinconsultativesaleswithinservicesindustries. Experiencesellingenterprisesolutionstolargecorporates,ideallyintheprofessionalservicessector. Provenabilitytomanagelongandcomplexsalescycles. Excellentcommunication,negotiationandC-levelpresentationskills. Commerciallydriven,results-focused,andcomfortableinafast-pacedenvironment.
