The objective of this role will be to shape the future success of the business; designing strategic sales plans on a national level; and evaluating the company’s position in the marketplace through trend and competitor analysis. This pivotal role needs someone with a fire in their belly and a capacity to show innovation; someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table; think outside the box; and open new avenues. The Business Development Director will be a key interface between the company and its customers, so we are looking for a charismatic people person to create strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
