As the BD & Sales Lead , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities within the UK defence and government ecosystem. You will leverage your deep understanding of procurement frameworks, acquisition strategies, and key stakeholder networks to position our solutions effectively and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to win business within UK defence, security, and government agencies.
# Identify and engage key stakeholders within the MoD, Home Office, and other relevant government bodies.
# Build and manage relationships with prime contractors, system integrators, and industry partners.
# Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and bid development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
# Provide market intelligence and insight to shape product and business strategy.

Proven experience in business development or sales within the UK defence, security, or government space.
# Experience working with key organisations such as the MoD, DSTL, DE&S, Home Office, or UKIC.
# Security clearance (minimum SC, DV preferred).
# Strong network within the UK defence and government sector.
# Competitive salary of up to £100,000 + commission.
