Business Development Manager II - Remote The Business Development Manager II is accountable for maintaining sales coverage and developing the market for Incora products and services within an assigned geographical territory an extensive traveling; for collaborating with Inside/Outside Sales and branch offices in support of building and maintaining sales; and incorporating Incora sales initiatives, policies and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives. The Business Development Manager II will work independently to solidify customer relationships through sales calls, application and design assistance, and product demonstrations, through maintaining a strong market intelligence, product knowledge and awareness of local competitive conditions; Sell complete Incora System (hardware, electronics, bearings, tooling products, inventory management programs/systems) Maintain professionalism, customer service and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing Incora accounts Submit periodic sales reports and expenses as required, and within adherence to applicable policies and budgetary allowances Attend regularly scheduled and impromptu Sales meetings and company-sponsored training, meetings and events, as required BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience. ~Current contacts and working relationships within the aerospace/industrial market ~ Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., Ability to travel extensively Community We value our world and everyone who shares it An exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story.
