Role Overview
Site Location: Home office based within the Territory (France, Belgium, Netherlands)
Division/Business Function: BD D&M
Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Jerome DETREILLE, Senior Director Business Development EMEA
Main Purpose: To secure new business for PCI's Global D&M operations within the territory, focusing on potent non-sterile dosage forms and sterile fill finish, achieving sales targets and supporting EBITDA plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new business
- Attend tradeshows and organize networking events
- Support client needs and grow client base
- Negotiate and sign multi-year supply agreements
- Implement annual price increases
- Cross-sell PCI capabilities
- Record interactions in Salesforce
- Build pipelines through lead generation
Work Experience & Skills
- 5+ years successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO industry
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes (OSD and Sterile)
- Experience with existing network in the territory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1st degree in science or business preferred
- Recognized sales training
