Responsibilities

Lead CDMO business development in the UK and Ireland markets.

Identify and engage biotech and pharmaceutical companies for partnership opportunities.

Execute market strategies to expand Huahais CDMO presence.

Understand client R&D and manufacturing outsourcing needs.

Collaborate with global Product Management Marketing and R&D teams.

Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in CDMO business development or pharma outsourcing sales.

Strong client network in the UK / Ireland pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical or scientific background preferred (Chemistry Pharmacy Life Sciences).
