    Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of outsourced services to a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance on business services and outsourcing solutions to clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs.
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Business Services and Outsourcing Associate Director should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the sector.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
