Leverage your advanced architecture capabilities and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive best-in-class outcomes.Job responsibilities:Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologiesCollaborates with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and translate them into architectural plansProposes innovative solutions and improvements to existing systems and processes to maintain a competitive edgeEnsures that the business architecture integrates seamlessly with other enterprise architecture domains (applications, data, infrastructure and security)Creates high-level design artifacts, including value streams, business capability models, process models, and data flowsEnsures that the proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with the organization's architectural standardsCollaborates across business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirementsEstablishes and enforces architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across COGT, as the Business ArchitectServes as the organization's go-to subject matter expertChampions the firm\'s culture of opportunity and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on Business Architecture concepts and expert applied experienceExpert experience in designing and implementing solutions in a complex environmentStrategic thinker and passion for business strategy and business processesExperienced in financial services, ideally with exposure to Compliance, Controls Management, Regulatory Engagement or Operational Risk functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and ExecutivesKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory initiativesProactive and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplinesExperience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Managerqualifications, capabilities and skills:Interest in innovative technologies and how these can be applied, e.g. Generative AI and Agentic AIOur professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing.
