We’re seeking a Business Unit Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver exceptional programmes across the UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior lead for client relationships in Ireland, with wider oversight across the UK and EMEA.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen partnerships and unlock future opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and risk management.
  • Support business development activity through bids, sales, and market engagement.
  • Provide strategic insight into industry trends to guide investment and growth plans.
  • Lead, support, and mentor project managers and consultants to ensure consistently high performance.
  • Play a central role in tendering processes, shaping winning approaches.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain a strong presence with stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for an accomplished leader with the presence and experience to make an immediate impact.

  • 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, data centres, or mission-critical programmes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
  • International experience working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the skill to balance delivery, sales, and operational leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree-qualified in a built environment discipline (or equivalent).
  • Professional memberships (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent experience.
