This role involves executing strategy, solution enablement, performance tracking, and executive relationship with global card scheme partners. Your goal is to ensure our partnerships with issuer & card schemes are world‑class and measurable from payment performance. This role will directly report to the Head of Financial Institution Partnership.What You’ll Do:Drive Ant International – Antom’s Issuer engagement programme.Keen ability to understand the Ant International financial operating system products and services to ensure that the right partners are selected to support the delivery of our roadmap.Manage the entire lifecycle of financial institution partnerships from strategy to signing through implementation.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership across the company, including Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Finance and Operations.Effectively impact Ant International customers by working with partners, issuer and internal product teams to deliver new products and payment corridors, including the payment success rate optimization & tracking.Manage Card Scheme, Financial Institution partner relationships and work with our partners to develop industry‑leading solutions, solving problems for our customers.Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments.Represent Ant International for any industry or marketing events.Qualifications:8+ years of experience working with Issuer, card scheme and payment network within EMEA/US/APAC region.Executive relationships with Issuer & card schemes would be a plus.Must have strong stakeholder management skills and easily adaptable in fast paced work environment.You are fascinated with the global financial ecosystem, actionable insight payment optimization approach adoption for globalization of enterprises.You are an exceptional communicator and can connect with people at all levels, internally and with external stakeholders.You exhibit a strong product instinct and can identify opportunities to strategize and leverage partners’ and Ant International existing and future products.You have strong negotiation skills and can hustle to make multiple complex deals work parallel across regions.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑time
