Now, we're looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Centre Director to lead the Innovation Factory in Belfast and shape the experience for our customers. What You'll Be Doing As Centre Director, you'll hold overall responsibility for the strategic, commercial, and operational success of the Innovation Factory. You'll: Lead the local team to deliver the centre's strategic ambitions and build its profile. Develop strong relationships with our client, stakeholders, and the wider innovation ecosystem. Drive commercial performance through lead generation, marketing, and space sales. Champion business support and community development, creating a thriving entrepreneurial environment. Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the centre, from compliance to customer experience. Want the full picture? Whether you've worked in innovation, business support, coworking, or another customer-led sector, you'll bring: Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing customer-focused environments. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Confidence in managing budgets, contracts, and operational processes. A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver high-impact outcomes. A passion for supporting entrepreneurs and building vibrant communities.
