You will provide CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to achieve their objectives. We are looking for individuals who want to build a portfolio of clients and contribute to a network of CFOs worldwide, sharing ambition and energy to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO services to private businesses in the £2-50M range, helping owners achieve strategic and financial goals.
• Grow and manage your own portfolio of clients with autonomy, supported by an international CFO network.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a collegiate environment.
• Operate as part of a flexible, self-employed model within a defined framework, delivering outcomes for clients.
• Define and deliver the numbers that matter to clients, focusing on metrics that drive growth, acquisitions, and best-fit financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Qualified from one of the UK's major chartered accounting institutes.
• Experience as a real-life CFO/FD, with a track record of success in commercial finance, business strategy, and relationship building.
• Ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and act as part CFO, part advisor, part strategist.
