Theestateishometomorethanthreeacresofpublicgreenspace,120tenantsincludingmorethan20charitiesandnon-profitorganisations,twosportsandfitnessfacilities,48lightindustrialunits,34offices,32shops,communitystablesandaskatepark. WorkingwithlocalpeoplewewantNorthKensingtontocontinuetobeaplaceoflearningandopportunityforpeopletobephysicallyactive;participateinartsandculture;accesseconomicopportunities;andliveinagreenandhealthyenvironment.Ourengagementiswithallacrosstheagerange,asweknowhowimportantinputintheearlyyearscanbe. Thepurposeofthisroleistomanage,developandexpandourNurseryandCrcheservicesworkingcollaborativelywiththeimmediateteam,otherrelevantstaff,commissioners,partnersandstakeholders. ReportingtotheSeniorManagerLearning,leadingrelevantteams,andworkingcloselywithexternalpartners,thisroleiskeytopositioningtheTrustasaproviderofaffordablevitalandculturallyappropriateservices. Thisentailstheoverallmanagementandorganisationofthestaffteamandtheirduties,includingensuringgoodconnectivitywiththeoverallorganisation.Engagementwithstatutoryregulators,commissioners,andpartnersandensuringgoodliaisonupwardswithintheorganisationalstructure.Gatheringandsharingexamplesofgoodpractice;seekingnewopportunities,contributingtoexpansionplans,andtimelyandaccuratemonitoringandreporting. AffordableNurseryandCrcheservicesaremuchneededwithinNorthKensingtonandwewanteveryonetofeelwelcomeandproudofourservices.Wewantthemtochooseourservicesfirst,knowingthemtobesafeandcleanandtofacilitateexcellentlearningforyoungpeople. Minimum2yearsexperienceofmanagingaNurserywithexperienceofalltherelevantduties,monitoring,reportingandqualityimprovement. Level3Safeguardingqualification. ExperienceofbeingthemaincontactforOfsted.
