Location: Remote or UK-based; US market experience is essential as our primary target is US-based AI companies.
Salary & Commission
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (plus commission, plus bonus scheme) depending on experience and income targets.
Commission: 5% of outbound, 2.5% of inbound
Target:
- Self-generated leads – £300,000 per annum in income.
- Support on converting inbound leads.

We are a rapidly growing agency investing in our team and offering ownership-like benefits. We are looking for a Director of Client Acquisition to own our growth engine and lead our sales team.
Our mission centers on giving each employee the benefits they would have if they owned the agency themselves. Our primary target is US-based AI companies, so experience in the US market is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable client acquisition engine across outbound email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain our sales system from the ground up.
- Lead cold outreach campaigns using tools such as Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, and others.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline for high-quality lead conversion.
- Define and iterate ICPs and develop segment-specific messaging and playbooks.
- Develop outreach SOPs and test new acquisition channels and data sources.
- Take ownership of deals from initial contact through close.
- Work with the campaign team to build bespoke proposals, lead discovery, and negotiate terms.
- Track and report on acquisition KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a small team of SDRs and Account Executives within the first 3–6 months.
- Lead weekly sales stand-ups and performance reviews.
- Stay ahead of the latest client acquisition strategies, tools, and techniques in B2B sales.
- Test and implement emerging technology for sales automation and personalization.
- Explore growth through partnerships, referrals, and content-driven lead generation.
- Lead the pitch process for signing clients and engage the wider team in generating new business.
Other Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify new target companies and access routes into prospect organizations.
- Help develop scripts and messaging to expand the organization.
- Provide feedback to the campaign team to increase revenue and improve client retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B client acquisition, ideally within an agency, SaaS, or tech environment.
- Experience targeting the US market for client acquisition.
- Proven track record of building acquisition systems and closing £4,000–£80,000+/month deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest AI, outbound sales tools and processes.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales/BDR team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp commercial instinct.
- Confident self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment.
- Background in performance or influencer marketing.
- Understanding of SaaS and AI landscape.
