Client Director, Enterprise – LHH UK Career Transition & Mobility
The Client Director is responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth across LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility solutions.

In this role, you can expect to:
Key Accountabilities:
- Bring in new clients for LHH CT&M through strategic prospecting activity and partnering with other functions to generate outbound activity
- Build exceptional relationships with an existing portfolio of clients to identify opportunities to expand into other services
- Ensure 100% retainment of existing contracts and negotiate new contracts in advance of expiry
- Use Salesforce to log activity and provide accurate forecasting for your client base
- Partner with colleagues to ensure consistency and identify areas of improvement
All About You:
- Experience in selling customized talent solutions (HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, workforce transformation)
- Experience in different sales techniques, including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations
- Experience in selling across all lines of businesses within large commercial organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take a leading sales role, influencing virtual global teams and executing successful sales strategies
- Experience in hunting for new business and prospecting over a large territory
