Client Director – Global Creative & Experiential Agency - Salary up to £60k + great benefits

Our client is an innovative, experiential agency who specialise in bespoke campaigns, events, and brand experiences for global clients. They are seeking a confident and experienced Client Director to join their collaborative team, working with some of the largest consumer/FMCG brands in the industry.

As Client Director you will head up key client accounts, driving best-in-class campaigns and live events while building long-term, trusted client partnerships. You’ll lead client teams day-to-day, managing Client Managers directly and providing oversight and guidance to Senior Client Managers. This is a role that would suit a confident, commercially minded agency leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the senior point of contact for flagship client accounts
  • Lead client meetings with confidence, clarity, and commercial focus
  • Oversee campaign strategies from concept through to delivery
  • Manage budgets, profitability, and resourcing across accounts
  • Lead and mentor Client Managers, guiding their day-to-day delivery
  • Provide strategic and creative input on briefs, proposals, and pitches
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts and support new business development

Requirements

  • Proven client leadership experience in a creative or marketing agency
  • Strong expertise in live events
  • Exceptional client relationship management at senior levels
  • Commercially savvy with budget ownership experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to turn insight into impact
  • Passion for the drinks/hospitality sector, with awareness of industry trends
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
