Client Director - Infrastructure & Managed Services for a leading Managed Service Provider. Drive senior-level engagement across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, delivering market-leading digital infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and security solutions. Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Partner for existing clients, engaging at C-Level to maximise revenue within pre-existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation’s full Infrastructure and Managed Services portfolio across Connectivity, Cloud, and Security.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and solution experts to deliver tailored, high-value proposals.
  • Drive account growth through proactive planning, strategic engagement, and alignment with client business objectives.
  • Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and account strategy.
  • Work flexibly, with significant time spent in the field engaging directly with clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in Senior Account Management or Client Director roles, ideally within Managed Services, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure (Microsoft, WAN/LAN, Wireless, SAN, Cloud, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at board and C-Level.
  • Commercially astute with strong Strategic relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in identifying growth opportunities within established accounts.
  • Comfortable managing complex solution sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Professional, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
