Client Director - Infrastructure & Managed Services for a leading Managed Service Provider. Drive senior-level engagement across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, delivering market-leading digital infrastructure, connectivity, cloud, and security solutions. Responsibilities
- Act as a Strategic Partner for existing clients, engaging at C-Level to maximise revenue within pre-existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the organisation’s full Infrastructure and Managed Services portfolio across Connectivity, Cloud, and Security.
- Collaborate with internal technical and solution experts to deliver tailored, high-value proposals.
- Drive account growth through proactive planning, strategic engagement, and alignment with client business objectives.
- Take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and account strategy.
- Work flexibly, with significant time spent in the field engaging directly with clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in Senior Account Management or Client Director roles, ideally within Managed Services, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure (Microsoft, WAN/LAN, Wireless, SAN, Cloud, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at board and C-Level.
- Commercially astute with strong Strategic relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in identifying growth opportunities within established accounts.
- Comfortable managing complex solution sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Professional, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
