Our client, a leading strategic communications agency, is seeking a Client Partnership Director to lead Tier 1 client relationships, drive account growth, and mentor a high‑performing Client Services team. This is a senior leadership role that blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people development—with a strong emphasis on experience in employee engagement or internal communications (IC).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior point of contact for Tier 1 clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Shape and deliver account growth strategies, annual plans, and long‑term roadmaps.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Embed consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all client tiers.
- Coach and mentor client‑facing team members to build capability and confidence.
- Collaborate across strategy, creative, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
- Apply expertise in employee engagement, change communications, or culture transformation to enhance client outcomes.
