They’re looking for a Client Services Director to lead their Client Management team and strengthen commercial performance, build global client relationships, and streamline operations.The role is studio-based in Belgium and cannot be offered as a hybrid role; initial accommodation is not provided.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Client Managers, driving structure, accountability, and performance; own client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth with international clients.Bridge creative and commercial needs by collaborating with design teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality projects on time and within budget.Strengthen commercial performance and build global client relationships while streamlining operations.Support the delivery of projects for retail, leisure, or hospitality clients, where applicable, and contribute to business growth.Requirements / QualificationsExperience in Client Services, Account Director, or Interior Design, with a preference for candidates who have worked with retail, leisure, or hospitality clients.Natural leader and strategic thinker with a passion for design, hospitality, and building meaningful partnerships.Ability to inspire and lead a team in a creative environment, driving client satisfaction and retention.Location and TravelStudio-based in Belgium; English-speaking office; willing to travel across the European region.Full work visas offered where required.Employment Type and SenioritySeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Art/Creative and DesignIndustries: Interior Design, Design Services, and Architecture and PlanningCompensation and BenefitsAmazing salary along with numerous perks and benefits; a fully expensed car is included as part of the package.Base pay range and final compensation are provided by Network - Career Consultants; the actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
