Job Summary

Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with an innovative property advisory firm that work with commercial Occupiers and Landlords on their respective real estate strategies. With a focus on Central London Office space and progressive intention into the regions, our client is one of the most active occupier-focussed advisories in London. They are now looking for 2x Consultants and 1x Associate Director/Team Leader to join their growing team. In these roles you will take full control of your own database to generate a constant stream of high quality, qualified leads with the goal of booking the Agents into meetings with Landlords and Occupiers to provide early stage advice on their real estate strategy. These roles are pivotal to their growth plans in providing the most accurate information to colleagues and attention to detail is imperative.

Your day will include researching and calling senior decision makers and C-suite at some of the most exciting and fast growing companies through tracking lease events, fundraising rounds, IPO's, business news and their internal database. 

You will be provided with initial and ongoing sales training as well as learning a number of systems such as Salesforce and CoStar.

Consultant Level:
  • Database Management
  • Outbound calling and prospecting
  • Research and lead generation
  • Be self-sufficient in sourcing leads
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B or B2C cold calling
  • Work well under pressure
  • Hardworking and self-motivated
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, could be from: Recruitment, Estate Agency, Lettings etc.

    • Associate Director/Team Leader:
  • Be able to effectively manage a team
  • Average 13 opportunities per month
  • Self-sufficient on emails and running your own campaigns
  • Can lead internal meetings and training sessions
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market
  • Able to network effectively with their clients/partners
  • Can report to a high standard
  • Relevant experience in a similar commercially focused role
    • Both roles offer commission as part of the package.
