Essential criteria
- Qualified Clinical Practitioner at a senior level e.g. but not limited to: Medical Consultant, Nurse Consultant / SAS Doctor
- Full registration with GMC/Professional Body/NMC/HPC
- Specialty qualifications or specialty accreditation
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of Leadership or Management Development
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of assessing and managing risk associated with service change
- Experience of implementing/facilitating Service improvements
- Evidence of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Awareness of the NHS agenda at a national and local level
- Evidence of effective Resource Management
- Experience of managing others
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working as a Clinical Lead
