We are recruiting for a MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon to join a medium-sized, small animal hospital in Hampshire as the new Clinical Director. You will have overall responsibility for clinical excellence, development of team performance and commercial performance. Other duties like recruitment, auditing, financial forecasting and marketing are also within the scope of your role. You will be well supported by an established team of clinicians and nurses; non-clinical management in house who are already confident with in-practice protocols. As the new Clinical Director, we would expect to see new changes and initiatives introduced to increase performance of clinical teams, and staff satisfaction. The hospital itself is truly a state-of-the-art masterpiece. It’s been well renovated and has all the modern equipment you could need to offer our GP services.
