We are looking for a Cluster Director of Sales to join an international luxury hotel collection, representing a small group of their stunning hotels in Central London.
This will be strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for all their luxury businessworking with high end agencies as well as directly.
You will also be responsible for galvanising a small team.

The Role of the Cluster Director of Sales
Responsible of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the Londons sales team
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
Works closely with the Hotel Managers to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Implements enabling technologies to sales team
Coordinates training delivery to sales team
Assists in the preparation of the budget and ensures the activities to be undertaken are implemented within cost constraints
Implements sales activities according to action plan to achieve budgeted goals
Review market analysis, determine client needs, occupancy potential for our hotels, rates desired etc.
Foster a co-operative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximum team morale and productivity
