We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.**Commercial Director, Hospitality (Accommodation) – Operations**Access Group’s Accommodation division is home to a scalable cloud-based business management suite featuring 20+ integrated software solutions designed specifically for hotels, resorts and other accommodation players.We are looking for a Commercial Leader to lead the Operations business globally across Property Management System, Payments and Conference and Banqueting.You will be responsible for determining the overall proposition and product vision globally leading a cross functional squad to delivery against this strategy to grow revenues and drive contribution.**Key Responsibilities**:Leadership:* Lead and inspire a high-performing cross functional team* Determine the commercial product roadmaps & catalyse the broader commercial teams to adopt AI into their product thinkingStrategy:* Set out the divisional strategy for Accommodation, including: + budgeting, + objective setting, + product roadmap + own and drive the GTM processes & support and drive the commercial teams + define the AI product strategyGo-To-Market Strategy (GTM):Through your commercial squad that consists of sales, marketing, proposition, product mgt, engineering and CS teams* Plan GTM for new product and proposition launches* Develop and agree the propositions* Coordinate the execution of the GTM plans**To be successful in this role, you will need:*** Broad experience across product management, sales, marketing and customer success* Proven track record product innovation delivery and commercialisation* Ideally strong knowledge of the Hospitality SaaS market, trends, best practices, and technologies particularly around AI* Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment.* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to thrive in a matrix structure – this role will report into the Global Accommodation Division General Manager and Regional leader for HOS in North America* Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables.* Experience in using data and analytics tools to measure and optimize sales, marketing and CS performanceThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
