Focusing on profitability, growth, and stakeholder management, this involves overseeing project lifecycles, managing commercial teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities to include the following;

Strategic Planning & Business Development:

* Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the passive fire protection sector.

* Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship management.

* Contribute to strategic planning and execution in collaboration with company leadership.

Commercial Management:

* Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of passive fire protection projects, from initial enquiry to project delivery.

* Manage commercial processes, including procurement, valuations, change management, and final accounts.

* Ensure cost control, accurate forecasting, and timely financial reporting.
