We wish to recruit a driven and strategic Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and shape growth across the Plumbmaster division. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to sharpe the future of one of the region's fastest-growing independent merchants. Key responsibilities for the role of Commercial Director include: Lead and implement commercial strategies across sales, purchasing, and pricing to drive business performance. Deliver profitable growth and margin improvement across all branches and product categories. Mentor and manage the external Plumbing & Heating sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Strengthen strategic customer relationships through joint visits and long-term engagement. Oversee pricing governance, including Decision Support Pricing and Special Price Agreements to maintain control and competitiveness.
