Commercial Director

A global consultancy is seeking an experienced Programme Director to join its expanding team delivering major infrastructure programmes across sectors including civil infrastructure, data centres, defence, and energy. These permanent roles are available on a hybrid basis, focusing on huge infrastructure projects in the defence and nuclear sectors, working in partnership with clients to ensure successful programme delivery. You will act as the key interface between the client and the construction partners.

We are looking for a proven track record delivering complex, high-value construction and infrastructure programmes (£250m+ minimum, ideally £1bn+), such as Crossrail, Hinkley Point C, or Thames Tideway. You will bring deep experience in at least some of the following areas:

• Programme leadership
• Governance and risk management
• Project controls
• Commercial and contract management (NEC3/NEC4)
• Stakeholder engagement within complex environments
