Overview
We have partnered with a global media agency to recruit a London-based leader with a commercial background in B2B (publishing/events/media sales). The role reports directly to the Group CEO and will work closely to execute the growth strategy. You will be responsible for day-to-day business operations, managing the P&L, and leading a best-in-class commercial function.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – identify and execute growth strategies
- Financial reporting – manage budgets, forecast sales trends, report results to the executive team
- Management – lead and coach teams to ensure targets are exceeded
- Team Development – recruit, train, and develop a high-performance culture
- Customer Relations – nurture and develop existing key account relationships
